Job Description:

Established in 2015, Milestone College is seeking for a Student Recruitment Specialist to join the growing team! In this role, you will be he first point of contact for prospective students and advise them on the available program offered by our College.


  • Active involved in the development, planning, preparation and undertaking of established student recruitment strategies
  • Contribute to the development and the implementation of local recruitment strategies
  • Provides prospective students with information to guide them to choose programs and courses in line with their academic and career goals
  • Proposes alternative solutions and initiatives to attract a diverse student population with respect to their academic needs
  • Promote Milestone’s College brand image by participating in off-campus recruitment activities
  • Assist with Open House sessions, special tours for specific or any other related events
  • Work in collaboration with the Marketing department to make suggestions on improvements to the recruitment process and identify new opportunities and markets
  • Collaborate with Student Affairs department to provide suggestions on the content of recruitment communications to ensure they are reflective of prospective student information needs
  • Work closely with all internal and external parties involved
  • Stay on top of industry best practices and competition in student recruitment and the promotion of educational institutions
  • Any other related tasks delegated by the supervisor


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or any related discipline
  • 3 years of experience in sales or recruitment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in an educational institution is considered as an asset
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Any other language is considered as an asset
